Art is a good way of de-stressing

Let me show you all my dream house.

Remember those days?
When we were young,
We used to pick up anything
We could find and
draw on anything we saw?

And whenever we were told to draw,
I always drew my dream house,
or a garden,
with bees and butterflies.
I'd pay attention to the details on the wings,
and made sure their bodies are properly segmented,
and coloured them in the most brightest colour
I can get within my reach.


My house would always look like this,
brightly coloured,
sun,
birds,
double-storey,
trees, with apples
sometimes, with fence,
a pathway,
a chimney,
(where I'd hope for Santa to come down with presents).

No neighbours,
no lifts,
no nothing that could make me pissed.

Do you remember?
Those days?
When we were young
and innocent,
happy and excited,
and we
know nuts about the world.
The education system which made
every student wanting to prison-break,
The studying life with
no social life,
The working life with
no dating life.
The IT life with
no outdoor life.

The life, that
didn't really seem like a Life.

Do you remember the days
when we were young and innocent?
